konqueror and icon

Quick question. I have a directory on my work system with a ton of subdirectories (one for each client) and these periodically recieve files that I have to process.

I'dlike a way of remindingmyself when I have fresh files in there. is there a way to set a "spare" icon for directories in konqueror such that I could flag in to use one icon or the other at my option (ie a red folder for new files and the blue for files I've already proccesed)? Alternately, is there maybe a way to edit the icon based on contents? All old files go into another subdirectory, so maybe if the directory contains a csv file (or a series of formats csv, doc, xls, etc that I'm likely to get at work) then it uses X icon and if not (ie if they're all in the 'already done" folder) then it is blue.

Basically, i just want a way to remind myself visually that I still have crap to update in those directories (because i'm likely to forget).
