PPP connection monitor?

Well hello there,

What's the 'best' way to monitor what processes are connecting to the internet via a ppp dialup connection? Some kind of utility I may or may not be aware of. I'd like it to tell me process name and ip that it's connecting with at least.

Any sugestions?
