Debian FC4 Migration

I've just moved from Debian to Fedora Core, so i have few dummy problems unresolved, please help.

I need to assign a custom script to be executed before one of the network interfaces is up.

As for Debian, it is done by adding [pre]/[post]-up entry into /etc/network/interfaces. I couldn't find corresponding solution for the RedHat-based system.
