wireless and ndiswrapper

i have a problem with my wireless usb adapter Dlink DWL-120+. Because of there ius no native driver for the adapter I'am using ndiswrapper windows driver for conneting. The ndiswrapper accurately detects USB card but during loading ndiswrapper i have no any additiopnal network interface appeared and associated with ndis warpper.
dmesg show log:
ndiswrappper version 1.7 loaded (p;reempt=no,smp=no)
usbcore: registered new driver ndiswrapper
What it may be?
