Distro for an old laptop?

What recommendations would you have for a laptop with the following specs:

233 mhz processor
2GB HD
32 MB RAM

Also, any recommendations you can give me for:

Small footprint WM
Smallest common apps (email, web, office, etc) that will not take up much HD space.
