trouble with gtkpod
when i open up gtkpod, i get the error "Could not open "iTunesDB.ext" for reading extended info. Extended info will not be used."
also, when i removed all tracks from the ipod, it sort of did that, i think..
the track listings are on the ipod (the old ones), but there doesn't seem to be any music there.
when i try to put new music on, i'm told there is no space.
i can mount the ipod, and it looks like gtkpod has written files to it- in the Music directory, there are many files starting with gtkpod[and then some numbers].
the mount point in gtkpod is set to /mnt/ipod, which is where the ipod is mounted.
(if it makes a difference, i'm running slack 10.2, 2.6.15.4 kernel, gtkpod 0.99.4
edit: gtkpod is just not removing the mp3 files, just clearing the db. works just fine if i remove them myself, and then load on music. anyone have any ideas on why gtkpod isn't deleting the .mp3 files?
