the ethernet port on my computer got fried during a surge, and now I have to swap out my PCI wireless card (that didn't work with linux anyway) for a PCI ethernet card. I don't have any free PCI slots left on my mobo, so i've decided to get a USB wireless adapter. there is a sale on office depot for a d-link brand one, but all they list it is as the "D-Link Wireless G USB Adapter" I searched online to see if it was linux-compatable, and I all i've found says that it is, but the picture of it looked different.
