Linux Anti-Spam!

Ok my inbox is officially filled with spam and it sucks. I've tried junkfilter, and it seemed to work pretty well so I may have to reinstall it. Before I do I thought I'd ask the community what you guys are using for filtering spam and what your experiences have been. What's the best anti-spam tool out there right now?
