hotmail deliverability issues

Hotmail and co just really hit my shit list. If you're an admin of a mail server somewhere... check your deliverability success to hotmail accounts.

I've just attempted delivering email via 5 different exchange servers as well as our own mx... nothing. Checked through a couple of servers I also have ssh access to... nada. These are all systems on static IP addresses, with valid reverse DNS and published SPF records for the domain in the from address.

They have all apparently been dropped on the floor at hotmail. They don't even get dumped in the junk folder.

Every hotmail mx I connected through happily accepted the email, no errors... 250's all the way and then queued for delivery.

Delivery to /dev/null/ apparently.

They don't delay or reject on connect. They don't bounce them. They just eat them.

That shit is not compliant. The only plus from my persepective is that if we have any complaints about the delivery, we can just tell the person to stop using hotmail for business use.
