Oooh I got a fun question

How would I go about installing any form of linux distro on a Sony Viao laptop that has no disk/cdrom drive :) I found this semi-decent laptop at the salvation army. It has about 27 gigs of HD space, 512 ram, and it's so out of date Xp patch wise that when I logged it onto the internet it immediately got infected with a couple different worms/viri and such.
