weird wine wow

I had World of Warcraft running just swimmingly on wine for ages. Today when I log in, rather than running fullscreen, wine is running in a window. I'm lacking a reason. I ran winecfg and made sure my resolution was the same in wine and in gnome. check. I opened the graphics of wow. Those were different, so I changed my wow resolution. that didn't fix it. Played with a few options (like allowing my window manager to manage programs and not. No change.

I'm running out of ideas. Anyone?

I am running ubuntu dapper. And i'm oddly confused. I haven't updated wine, though I did try to get guild wars running under it (without success). I can't say as that would have had an impact, IMO, but you never know.
