still no sound
Anyone out there still have no sound in feisty? Mine's still shot.
Reinstalled all things alsa to no effect. Yes I've checked all my volume controls.
I've tried both sound cards with no luck. I even added the line that was suggested on most forums for intel cards, which I'm pretty sure I don't even have.
I tried "gnome-volume-control" and that may provide some useful information because I got this:
ALSA lib pcm.c:2106:(snd_pcm_open_conf) Cannot open shared library /usr/lib/alsa-lib/libasound_module_pcm_p
That's about all I've got that's useful.
Any thoughts?
