Does anyone know of a Maildir repair utility? I'm looking for something like an fsck for Maildirs that ensures things are internally consistent, the permissions are correct and make sense, et al.

There seem to be a few Google hits, but if anyone's ever used one of these things, or has heard of them being used, I'd love to here about it.
