Uh, so
i have tons of different versions of linux depending on the computer, bc my dad loathes windows. And he bought me a laptop for my birthday that came with Vista already and he asked if i wanted Linux or Vista. Of course I said Linux bc well, i havent used Windows in a really long time.

SO ANYWAYS!

I've been downloading tons of music lately and I downloaded this cd for a friend, but it's m4a format and it wont burn on to a cd.
I need a file converter. Are there any programs that are already on here that I just haven't downloaded or do i need to download a program offline (if so, a link?)?

Okay, so me being the dumb 15 year old i am decided "oh, i think im going to clean my keyboard while the computer is on."

so this like "katupult" thing popped up, then some calculator thing popped up. i couldn't move my mouse. So i restarted my laptop and my internet is being a tad slow tonight, but usually while pictures are loading it shows the outline of the picture (sometimes i red x in the corner), but now it has this annoying small little red box in the left hand corner of the outline of the pictures.

Does anyone know why or how to get rid of it?
