uswsusp broken on 2.6.23-rc7

I upgraded my Core 2 Duo 64-bit Thinkpad T61 to 2.6.23-rc7 and now uswsusp never gets past "Snapshotting system". This was not a problem on 2.6.23-rc6.

Anyone know anything about what might have happened?
