How I got my wireless card working (Netgear WG111T USB)

Basically I just used the drivers included on the CD my card came with. However this differs from the instructions on the ndiswrapper website which suggested using different drivers for my card. Then is used dhcpcd wlan0 to get my internet connection working (that probably isn't the best way to describe it but it's the best I can think of right now)
