I don't get dell.com. On the laptops and the netbooks - sometimes you have the options for Ubuntu and sometimes you don't. For the model I'm looking at right now it ships with Windows Vista and says "Included in Price"... but I don't want to pay for the Windows license. I'm just gonna wipe it and put Ubuntu on it.

Meanwhile over on the netbook mini 9 you can order it for $250 with ubuntu as the OS.... So they do offer ubuntu as an options sometimes. They are just not consistent.

I don't want to pay $100 for a windows license I'm not going to use. Grrrr.
