backing up
I just posted about my backup situation and it's all resolved now, but it got me thinking. Some people hate the idea of using rsync over usb. That's what I'm doing right now. I'm basically backing 2 directories each containing many small files (about 90GB worth) to external hard drive via usb.
If you don't like rsync for that sort of thing, what sort of process would you recommend? I've got a lot of symbolic links, so I want to avoid cp but what other options are there?
