Truecrypt vs EncFS
Looking for advice here folks, and anything is appreciated.
I've been an EncFS user for a while, with Cryptkeeper used as a GUI front end to mount/unmount the encrypted volumes.
My office is looking to standardize the end point encryptions that the contractors have to use. Currently its looking like GnuPG and Truecrypt. They're focusing on FOSS projects that have cross platform support.
Never having used Truecrypt before, anyone know of any gotchas? How does it compare to EncFS? I can find tons of discussions about how to use one or the other, but not a point by point comparison. Anyone got anything?
