Issues with a new install of Apache
Okay, since this is annoying me to no end, I hope all of you could help point me in the right direction to get this fixed.
I'm using a Cobalt Qube 2 for all of this.
I wanted to install PHP4 functionality within the Qube, so I backed up and killed the old installations of Apache.
I downloaded the Apache 1.3.19, and php4 tarballs.
I unpacked both, and followed the instructions for compiling PHP as a static within Apache.
Apache is installed, and it appears to have PHP4 support. However, whenever I run apachectl or httpd, it returns the error "Floating point exception (core dumped)."
I tried recompiling apache and PHP again, with the same result.
Any ideas as to what might have caused this?
