Question for you all.
I'm interested in making my computer as quiet as possible, for as cheap as possible.
It's a 1ghz AMD system, and currently sounds like a hurricane starting up.
I found this website after much searching (exoticpc.com), which has super quiet powersupplies, and high efficiency cpu coolers for not too much money (about $100 for a set of a midrange model of both).
I was also looking at watercooling solutions, but water+electronics=(Not Good(tm)) if you ask me. Plus they need fans anyway, and I'm not looking at overclocking here, just silence.
Anyone have any thoughts on the topic of quieter PCs? suggestions of what to look into?
