SPARC Framebuffer memory query

I'm attempting to install Aurora-SPARC 1.0 on my SS5's, and I've stumbled upon a problem:

OK, the installation asks you to manually enter the RAM for the framebuffer. The problem is, I can't find ANY documentation online for the RAM size for my various framebuffers. I aquired these cards without manuals, and I haven't the first clue. Does anyone happen to know how much RAM these cards have?
