Dual Boot

Im currently running Mandrake 9.0, I have 3 hard disks and have left a 20gb partition free to install Win2k just because I want to play a few games that Winex wont/cant run. Now my question is this if I install Windows 2k to that partition will Windows overwrite my MBR? leaving me only Windows as a boot option? What would be the best way of doing this?
Any advice greatly appreciated.
