having a bitch of a time installing freebsd (first time) on an old dell dimension XPS R400.
Vid card was listed in win98 (before I trashed it) as either ATI 264-VT2 or Diamond Fire GL 1000 PRO.
I can't get the xconfig to work at all. it's driving me nuts.
if anyone's up and bored, leave a comment and gimme a hand with advice for my poor noob brain.
