***update***
Cancel that, figured it out.
I'd set the MaxServers way too high.
go go super typo!
^_^
having trouble setting up apache behind a router.
So I'm actually running FreeBSD, but it's essentially the same, at least as far as the apache configs go.
If I run a default install, I can access apache from within my LAN, but that's behind a router. I'm now at work, and telneted into my BSD system, trying to get the server running from the outside.
What do I set the host name to? the Router's IP address, or the internal IP on the LAN?
I'm telnetted into the router's IP address, which I have redirecting to the BSD box. I set port 80 to redirect just the same.
Any one else out there have experience with this?
Thanks
