I was just curious how everyone feels about this whole NuSphere v. MySQL AB thing. I personally think that domain names should be available to everyone equally. I still think that "cyber-squatting" should be illegal, but if you have a reason to own a domain name then you should be allowed to have it regardless of who wants it or what trademark is in it.
