Free partition program for NTFS?

Is there a free partition program that I can use for NTFS (dynamic disk) so that I can dual-boot Linux?

Mandrake recommends using Partition Magic. However, if I were going to pay for Partition Magic, then I would stay in Windows.

Also, I need something to consolidate the data on my drive. Defrag doesn't do it because there are always some files that it can't move.
