remote installation of Linux

ok, here at my school, we've got 11 machines that need linux on them.

the hard part is that they have no floppy or cdrom drives.
The install is most likely going to have to come off of a Windows Remote Installation Server.

now, would I have to setup a linux machine with a PXE boot image on it, and then point to the FTP server setup on the RIS? or will the RIS be able to give a linux boot image for the machine to boot off of (even though I see it as highly unlikely)?

The reason I can't use a linux machine as an ftp server is that I don't have a drive big enough for a linux ftp server (that's why I have to ftp into the linux machine)

thanks for the help!
