Change Qmail-LDAP Forward Squirrelmail plugin v1.00.

I just posted my first real OSS contribution today. It's a plugin for Squirrelmail, a php based webmail client. My plugin allows users to change mailforwarding settings on mailservers w/ an LDAP backend. If anyone has a use for it, please let me know if it works for you.
