Postfix, fetchmail, procmail, spamassassin. what's missing ?

Running the four above.
Everything runs well but need a free "anti-virus" for my tsk. tsk. windows machine.

I've seen a few but my question is: "which anti-virus integrates well
with the above setup ?

I have AnomySanitizer but no setup procedure for the above applications.
Also , I guess, the anti-virus should go with procmail.
