email formatting...
This isn't exactly "Linux" related... but I figure I will get the most experienced response from this community.
What is the most widely accepted method of formatting an e-mail message:
Lines should go on and on without a newline until the end of a paragraph or other break in the material. It should be up to the recipients mail client (MUA) to format the message in an acceptable manner (wordwrapping, etc).

Lines should be cut off at a certain length (i.e. 76 characters) and have newlines inserted at these locations by the senders mail client (MUA).

Email messages should be in HTML (choose this and I break your knee caps)
