Question

Okay, I admit to being a complete technopeasant when it comes to Linux. That said, I hope someone here can give me some help.

I have a linux machine set up on my DSL, hosting my domain, stormblaze.net. I had a lot of help from a friend getting this set up, and I know a little of what he did (in specific, I wanted to make sure that php and mysql work) but not much.

Until recently, ftp was working fine on my server. Nothing has changed, to my knowledge, but it stopped working a few days ago for no apparent reason.

When I attempt to login to stormblaze.net, I get this error:
~ Connecting...
! Socket Error: no connection
~ Could not login to stormblaze.net

If I change it to the ip address of my machine, I get this error:
~ Connecting...
~ Connected to 67.124.0.2, waiting for response...
~ Could not login to 67.124.0.2

I have no problems with http, ssh, telnet, and anything else I've tried with my server. So, any ideas?
