SCO Terminates IBM's AIX License

SCO Group (Quote, Company Info) Monday followed through on its challenge to IBM (Quote, Company Info), announcing that it has terminated Big Blue's right to use or distribute any product based on Unix System V source code, including the AIX operating system, due to an alleged contract violation.

It doesn't seem like they have any stronger a case or anything has changed - just that the deadline they set themselves for IBM to settle has now passed, and they're determined to go through with it.
