Dualboot help
Hi,
I'm currently running a dualboot WinXP and Win98, but I'd like to switch to a dualboot Win2K pro and RedHat 9, but I still have some questions.
- Is RH capable of recognizing a NTFS formatted partition? Or should I install it using FAT32? (And what about WinFS? Will it be one day?)
- How big should I choose my swap partition? I was thinking about assigning 6 GB to it, but I wanna have some extra space just to be sure. Would 10 GB be too much or what would you guys suggest?
- I have heard from some people they had troubles installing RH 9. Some of them had troubles at the second disk, some at the third disk. (most of them downloaded them from linuxiso.org btw) Is it the site or is it just coincidence?
