2.6.0-test5 / ACPI trouble on an a31.

I found a bit of play time and now have the 2.6.0-test5 kernel running on my laptop. So far I have everything working except acpi. Its seems snappy, but I cant say it's noticeably faster. Of course I was already running gentoo sources which backports many of the performance enhancing changes to the 2.4.x kernel. Also, with the slower laptop hard drive and the overpowered 2G P4 CPU, the slow point is the IO bottleneck at the disk.

Anyone else have luck w/ ACPI support on a Thinkpad-A31 and a 2.5/6.x kernel?
