Resetting the video mode.
Hey,
I'm sure some of you have seen this... you're playing a game, or putting along in X, and suddenly it'll crash. It doesn't crash lightly though, it leaves you stuck in the videomode. Staring at what used to be your desktop.
Now, often times I can get back into X... In my current situation, the shell is still active, so I just blindly type startx and it goes :P
However, if I quit X, it tosses me back to the stuck framebuffer mode. How do I reset that to the normal textmode? It'd be cool if I could get that to work from when Tribes2 hangs on me, too :P If I ever get a chance to play the game again...
