Video cards with "tv out"

Can anyone recommend a decent but not too expensive video card that has a jack for tv-out and has support in Linux for that jack? This is to set up a box exclusively for MythTV use, so tv-out support is the top requirement, and other features like 3d graphics and gaming support are relatively unimportant and unneeded.

This card is going to be paired with a Hauppage PVR-250. I considered getting a PVR-350, but every place I've looked on the net says the tv-out jack on it is not supported in Linux, so I saw no reason to spend the extra buckage for a feature I can't use.

I've also considered going with a VIA EPIA Nehemiah mini-itx board with integrated tv-out support, which looks like it would make a killer multimedia box with the addition of the PVR-250. But I hate to do that when I've got a perfectly good Athlon XP system sitting here on the floor beside me doing nothing.
