I'm running Debian stable. Is there a way I can install packages from unstable piecemeal? I want to install the flash player from unstable but not upgrade to unstable to do it. Parenthetically, how would I upgrade to unstable should I choose to do so?

Edit: Or update to testing, which I suppose would be a lot more practical.
