Tap To Click

Anyone know how to turn off tap-to-click in Gnome? I don't think it's actually a gnome preference thing, I think it might be an XF86Config thing (I knew how a long time ago but I forgot). Someone suggested to me once that it could be in the bios, but after extensive checking that doesn't seem to be the case.
