mandrake upgrade

one of my friends is running mandrake 9.0, he wants to upgrade to 9.1. is there any way to easily do this without downloading the iso's?

(being a debian user, i dont know much about mandrake's package manager/upgrading, but i'm hoping that there is some nice apt like tool)
