SCO Now willfully violating GPL

Since SCO claims that GPL is unenforceable and void -- not to mention Un-American -- they have taken the next logical step and violated the GPL by offering Linux under a different, more restrictive license. Of course, Groklaw has their take on it, as does Slashdot. It's only a matter of time before Eric Raymond gets involved.
