bandwidth quotas and tracking

i am going to be setting up a server which will be doing commercial web hosting. what i was wondering is if anyone knew of any programs that can be used (integrated somehow with apache, preferably) to restrict the amount of bandwidth that a particular web site can use, and also keep logs of traffic which could be then sent to the customer.
