Debian CD ISO's

I'd like to download the Debian CD images to make the switch from RH 9.0 to Deb. 3.0. However, in the mirror list, some of the mirrors contain only 1 binary, while others contain up to 7, while others contain "NONUS" versions. Which should I get? Do I need to download all 7 ISO's?
