apache's strange behavior
i'm noticing something odd.
i just set up a new install of apache (1.3.22). it serves up everything just fine, but when i check access_log, the majority of requests are not showing a response code of 200 (OK) like they should. instead, many are showing 304 (not modified). any idea why it would be doing this? again, the server is displaying pages fine to the browser, but in the logs, it's not showing that they're being returned correctly.
