Probing Eth1

I have Mandrake 9.1 and was wondering how I could tell it not to Prob eth1. I have two Ethernets in my computer and the eth1 doesn't have any connection going into it, so Mandrake takes like litterally 2 minutes to prob. Just takes away my time in doing something lol. I just want to prob the eth0 which it does, just take away the eth1!!!
