i know this might be a little off-topic, but thought you still might be interested to hear about this. slashdot has a story up about a possible leak of windows 2000 and nt4 source code. you can check it out here.
Update - Please note that it's been recommended by several people (including the ever so helpful
maxomai) that linux afficionados NOT download and/or view the source code. IANAL (I am not a lawyer), but they suggest that doing so could put any open-source project you participate with now or in the future in jeopardy.
