Could somebody please elucidate...

XFree86 4.4 has just been released and I wanna upgrade. However, according to slashdot, XFree's new license is bad. Xfree's own site claims RMS gives the new license a thumbs up.

Can somebody please tell me if I should feel guilty for upgrding or not...
