Apple releases developer preview of Rendezvous for... well, everything
I have to say that rendezvous was one of the coolest things back when I had a Mac; not so much for the auto-ip stuff, but for the instant communication and connection with other Macs. Of course, it floods the network with traffic, but not more than the foolish Windows machines, and there's far more value in it.
