upgraded kernel, lost X

Okay, I upgraded my kernel to 2.6.5, running slackware 9.1 with dropline gnome. As soon as I upgraded the kernel, I lost X. When I try to run it, I get an error about my screen.

I can't seem to work out how to cut and paste into links, so I have uploaded the error file to my webpage. Sorry about this. I know it is a clunky solution.
