Are there ways ?
I am looking for more than one means to identify [as in manufacturer and the model number ex. Intel 815] the hardware parts of any system.
I wanna identify:
One place I have found is /etc/sysconfig/hwconf, but this does not list Motherboard ! :(( and its very important.
I am building a documentation provision system for a System integrator. So he wants my process to:

- AGP / Video card.
- Internal MODEM.
- Whatever else is there in the system.
